The intervention, in the heart of Rome of a prestigious and historic palace of the sixteenth century, involved the complete renovation and management of the work, including in addition to the redevelopment of plant, interior fittings, the restoration of old furniture, the garden design of the terraces and the lighting design of the external facades.

The origins of Palazzo Berardi (Guglielmi) are linked to the ancient Roman Muti family. Completed in 1582, several renovations and enlargements have been carried out over the centuries. To date much of the building is used as a luxury accommodation facility to accommodate large wealthy families or exclusive events.

This aristocratic residence is spread over about 700 square meters on 4 levels and is composed at the entrance level of a large library, a large living room, a dining room, a large kitchen and a large terrace. On the lower levels there is a winter garden, private lounges, areas dedicated to socialising and the bedrooms, decorated the latter with antique furniture and frescoes of ancient masters painted on the ceilings.
