Located in the basement of a 16th century palace in the heart of Rome, Hush club is the new landmark for roman nightlife. The area poured into a state of decay caused by subterranean humidity. Ventilated cavities were therefore created to block the moisture rising from the walls.

The cave designed by lights, is brightened by retro-illuminated fabric discs placed in the ceiling, creating a metaphysical space. Horizontal beams of light cut the bar counter and the perimeter of the space guiding guests to the dancefloor.

Over 400 little wooden discs illuminate the dance hall. Each disc is independently controlled by a light mixer, which creates multiple light effects. Part of the dancefloor is lower due to the architectural nature of the cave. In order to solve the problem of height, a curved sofa has been created in the private area, giving continuity to the environment and expanding the seating capacity.
